Obituary of Gloria Louise Tecco

Gloria Louise Tecco, 88, of Wildwood Crest, NJ quietly went to be with her Savior, while in her home, on July 10. She was born to the late Nicholas and Perina DiGregorio, June 11, 1928, in Philadelphia, Pa. She married the late Rudolph Tecco on August 9, 1947, and was married for 59 years. While Rudy attended Temple University, they purchased a rooming house on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania that launched them into a career of hospitality. They owned and operated motels in Wildwood Crest since 1967. Gloria cordially welcomed and remembered guest details which amazed guests and created endearing relationships. She is still remembered by guests with fondness and happy vacation memories. Gloria attended the Roman Catholic church and through her Bible reading received Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Gloria is survived by her two children, Donna and Stephen ( Bonnie), four grandchildren, Nicole ( Jeffrey) Lindsay, Gina ( William) Laky, Angela ( Jeremiah) Reckart, and Gabriella Tecco. Additionally, Gloria had four great-grandchildren, Emma Laky, Deacon Lindsay, Hope Lindsay and Eden Laky. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimers Association, 25 Dolphin Ave., Bldg.
