Raymond Butch Harris Jr., 73, of Wildwood New Jersey passed away Monday, May 17, 2021. Born in North Wildwood New Jersey, he was a lifetime resident of Wildwood. His work history included the Wildwood Beach Patrol, Cape May County Sheriff Department, Wildwood Recreation Department, Wildwood Police Department, Wildwood Bowling Alley/Sundance, Woodbine developmental Center and Cape May County Special Services School’s. He was a dedicated coach for the Special Olympics and put his heart and soul into making the lives of the mentally challenged better. He was a member of the Masonic Keystone (Lodge number 39) for many many years. His hobbies included: fishing, bowling, photography and sporting events! He is survived by: his wife of 52 years Sandra “Todd” Harris, two sons: John Harris Sr. and Torey Harris, 1 daughter: Rayna Harris, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by: His parents: Dolores Thomas and Raymond harris Sr.,his grandmother/mother Victoria Wing, stepparents: George Thomas and Georgia Harris & brother William harris. Services will be held at Christ Gospel Church, 15 James St., Whitesboro, NJ 08210. The viewing will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM. The funeral services will be held at 11 AM for FAMILY ONLY!
