To my beautiful cousin Billy, who was more like a big brother to me. I love you immensely & I will miss our crazy conversations. Nilly has a heart of gold always willing to do anything for anyone. They don’t make them like him anymore. I love you & miss you! Rest in peace!”

Billy was not only our friend but part of our family. He always kept in touch with us all year. He was genuinely a great human being helping his family when needed. We had a summer home next to his apartment on E. Louisville and he watched out for us. Love you Billy and will be missed.

Q: What will you miss most about William?
A: He was Billy to us. Louisville Ave will not be the same without him. There was always a smile, a wave and a visit each year we rented beside his apartment. He kept an eye out on the properties. He would put folks trash cans away. We loved visiting with him each year and my heart is broken over his loss. I know he took care of his mom and others. He was a kind soul. Godspeed Billy, until we meet again.

To me Billy was a childhood friend and will be remembered as Billy from the old neighborhood. He was good to everyone especially his family and grandparents. Always a hard worker and good care giver. He Loved playing pool and a sports fan in many categories. Billy you are now at Peace and will be missed by many.

I’m saddened to read of Billy’s passing. I met him when I started working for the Borough of Wildwood Crest in 1995 and through the years we shared a lot of laughs. There was never a dull moment when Billy popped into our shop to entertain us - he was truly a one man show! Billy was also a sweet guy with a heart of gold whom I’ll never forget. I’ve included a few photos of him at work over the years. Rest in peace my friend - Ralph Grassi

Billy was great guy. He drove his Aunt Roseto the ferry park to watch the boats. He loved dogs, especially Rocky. And he loved to pet Wilma and Angus. One of a kind, playing pool in heaven.
