Mark A. Devlin “Ozzie,” of North Wildwood, NJ, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025, with his daughter Mary Ellen and niece Stephanie by his side. Born on July 23, 1957, in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia, PA. He is predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Ellamae (Mager) Devlin, brothers Andrew “Bummer” and Guy. Survived by his former wife, Mary and daughters Mary Ellen (Art) and Angelina, grandson Arthur, niece Stephanie Devlin-Collelo, and many nieces and nephews.

Mark enjoyed all the simple things Wildwood had to offer. He cherished his time fishing, crabbing, socializing, entertaining friends, and being a member of the Elks Lodge. Services will be held at 11 am with a calling tima from 10 am to 10:45 Saturday , March 22, 2025, at Ingersoll Greenwood Funeral home ' 1201 Central Ave., North Wildwood. Family and friends are welcome.
