Margaret M. “Peg” (nee Milligan) passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025 at the age of 91. Loving and devoted wife of Bill for 71 years. Beautiful mother of Bill (Joan), Tom (Larry DeLaurentis), Margaret (Deb DeLellis), Mary, Cathy (Linda Miller), Anne Fetsick (Jay), Jane Beck (Joe), Patricia Bonner (John), Susan and Cil. Loving grandmother of Amy (Brian), Billy (Krystal), Jerry (Jackie), Joey (Casey Ann), John (KC), Jeannine (Chris), Krista (Owen), Jennifer (Erich), Jenna, Kevin (Brittany), Mary Kate (Jim), and Jaime (Nick). Precious GGmom to Abigayle, Makayla, Brayden, Molly, Joey, Brielle, Landon, Johnny, Bobby, Olivia, Juliana, Harper, Owen, Frankie, James, Emelia, Cecelia, Mary, Cooper, Kathleen, Jacob, and Baby Stangler. Dearest sister of Florence O’Rourke (Tom), John Milligan (Kathy), the late Joe Henry (Hilda) and the late Patricia Livewell (John). Sister-in-law of the late Joe (Carol) and the late Kathleen Hoffman (Guy). Also, survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by loving parents Joseph and Edna Milligan.


Peg was a proud graduate of Hallahan Catholic HS for Girls, class of 1951. Peg’s daughters and granddaughters made this Hallahan gal an honorary member of Little Flower Catholic HS for Girls. Peg was a devout parishioner of Holy Name of Jesus Church (Fishtown), Ascension of our Lord Church (Kensington), and St. Ann Church (Wildwood). Peg was a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the St. Ann Legion of Mary; praying and serving through her and Bill’s beautiful retirement years in North Wildwood.


Our sweet mom, along with Dad, leaves all of us with a legacy of faith, warmth, gentleness, strength, kindness, acceptance, and unwavering love! 


Relatives and friends are invited to attend Peg’s Visitation on Saturday, August 23, 2025, 9:00 A.M. – 10:45 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 A.M. , St. Ann Church, 2901 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ, 08260. Interment will be private
