Frank Anthony Froio, 75 years of age, passed away on 10/12/25 while surrounded by his family.

He was the son of Leo and Rose Froio and was born and raised in South Philadelphia. He attended Annunciation BVM grade school and ST. John Neumann High School. Frank also had a band called “The Expressions.”  They played many of Weddings throughout the years. Frank was employed by Southwark Metal in South Philly as a Truck Driver for 35 years. Upon his retirement he moved to Wildwood, New Jersey where he began working for the City of Wildwood Public Works Department and finally worked for Grove Supply.

While retired, Frank volunteered his time at the North Cape May Nursing home playing the piano for the residents. He attended the North Cape May Senior Center daily to socialize, be the coffee guy, and on occasion be the Tai Chi instructor. Around the holidays, he would dress as Santa and play Christmas music for his fellow friends. He was an avid pickleball player and would always try to influence others to play. He played the organ at mass and joined the church choir at St. Raymonds in the Villas. He was an all-around lovable individual and a dear friend to many.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Rose Froio, wife Joyce, and 2 of his grandchildren, and he is survived by his six (6) children, Cindy Lombardo (Anthony), Dawn-Marie Fiore, Jimmy Froio (Susie), Rosalie Froio (Joey), Frank Anthony Froio Jr. (Gina), Hope Pinto (Paul), his seventeen (17) grandchildren, and six(6) great-grandchildren.
