Ruth K. Ludlam ( Carver ) 81, of North Wildwood, NJ. Passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016. She was a longtime resident of North Wildwood and employed by Van Note - Harvey Associates of Cape May Court House for 47 years. Surviving is her son, David J. Ludlam of Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
