To the McQuillan family:
I'm very sorry for your loss! Mr McQuillan was always super nice to me when I was growing up and over the house with the boy's. He was a hard working, strong person and you could tell he really loved his family...even though it's been years since I've see him...(I feel bad for that) I will never forget him!! Mrs McQuillan I'm so very sorry for your loss, you have done so much for so long and I know your hurting bad right now...if there is anything you might need, please let me know. Please take care of yourself!

PLEASE ACCEPT MY HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES ON THE LOSS MY "HANDSOME" UNCLE SEAMUS. HE LOVED HIS FAMILY AND HIS COUNTRY. HE IS A GENTLE GIANT AND WAS ADMIRED BY ALL.. WE SHARED MANY CONVERSATIONS ON OUR FAMILY HISTORY AND ENJOYED PICTURES AND MANY LAUGHS. HIS SINCERITY AND LOVE WAS JUST "HIM". HE IS BICYCLING IN HEAVEN OVER SOFT CLOUDS....MAY GOD ALWAYS HOLD HIM IN THE PALM OF HIS HANDS...I LOVE YOU....LOVE, PEACE AND HARMONY... KATHLEEN.....

Taken outside the rest home he resided in the past couple of years. As you can see he still loved and the sea breezes....

Uncle Seamus, was a 'Brother' to me as well. He served as a great power of example, strength and fortitude. He had a great sense of family. His sister Bernadette, my mom, talked of him often. She remembered him to the end, and it was a pleasure to see them both together a few years ago. He always had a story to share about growing up in New York, and of course if you started talking about baseball, you better take a seat and stay awhile.
He always loved the beach, and I'm so glad he made a life there, and is now 'Safely Home'.
