Anne L. Cliggett ( nee Norris ) 88, of Wildwood, N.J. formerly of Philadelphia . Passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016, Wife of the Late James P. Cliggett and mother of the Late Nancy Bowers. Survived by 4 children, Michael ( Mary ) , Maureen ( Mike) , Timothy ( Patty ), James ( Millie ), a sister, Dorothy Doll, 9 Grandchildren , and 17 Great Grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday , December 2, 2016 at 11 am with a calling time from 9 am to 10:45 am at St. Ann's Church, 2900 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ.
