Carol and Family,
We are saddened to read that a wonderful lady has past. I have and will always cherish the great childhood memories spending hours playing baseball, chess, trading baseball cards and stamps with Allen, under the loving eyes of your mom.
Please stay in touch with any family updates or news.

My mother, Helen Headley Black was a friend of Betty's since childhood and they attended school together. I have fond memories of visiting Betty with my mother and hearing of their 'escapades' as children and young women.
Since my mom passed in 1993, Betty became an even special person in my life, as we would visit through these last 23 years and reminisce about their friendship. I loved those special visits and will miss Betty, but know that there is a reunion in Heaven with the Wildwood girls!!

Sorry to hear of her passing. As a young man she was always there for me. She made me feel like I had a second home on Fern road.
