I was fortunate to go on a couple fishing trips with Uncle Ralph. I loved listening to him talk and tell stories. He reminded me so much of Pop-Pop Schaffer. The family reunions that he made possible were always a lot of fun, and neat experiences. So much family together at one time! Pretty amazing really. He loved kids and always made a big fuss over my children, and all children. He was a good man, with a kind and loving heart. He had this soft side, but was certainly a force to be reckoned with! He will be missed greatly, by me and so many others. I'm so sorry for all of us. The world was better with him in it.

Ralph was one of the most generous people we have ever known. If we get to the end of our lives and can be spoken of half as well as Ralph, we have done good! We will miss him on our trips to New Jersey and Marathon where he never missed the opportunity to see us. Our hearts break with yours. God bless.
Love, Rob, Jen, Caitlyn, Corrin, and LeeAnn

We first met Ralph in 1991 when he installed some lights in our newly purchased house. Over the years he has been not only a great resource for our electrical needs, but also a special friend. There are plenty of Ralph stories...ours is how he spent almost 4 hours with us on a Sunday morning in 2000 helping us decide on lighting for our major house renovation, and how he tried to be patient with us with our long list of ridiculous questions before he finally told us to stop and just trust him. We did, and have trusted him ever since. We will miss you!!! Bill & Denise Green

So sorry to hear of Ralph passing...a good man I met Ralph in the early "70" at Phil and Eddies...I was with some friends as he was with friends drinking a few cold beers when he leaned over to me and said I reminded him of a buddy he met while in the air force..we remained friends ever since. Rest in peace pal.

I will remember you always for your love and generosity to my family. My Dad,your uncle Frank and my sister Mae and all the others you helped . The many days we spent with our Grandmom and Grandpop in Wildwood- such fun!! HOW LUCKY WE WERE TO SPEND TIME WITH THEM. I believe we inherited so many of their fine qualities. Our families work ethic and kindness were a great legacy for us. Rest in Peace dear cousin.
To the family -my deepest sympathy. The world has lost a kind and caring soul.

We are saddened to read of the loss of Ralph. Our sympathy is with you during this time. Ralph was a great man I had the pleasure to know through work. His generosity was well known and appreciated throughout his life. My wife and I were honored to be invited to his famous Christmas Party at the Bellevue, just one example of his generosity. My hope is that he knew how important his "life lessons" meant to me. Ralph will surely be missed.

Good bye my friend and mentor. You taught me as well as many others everything we know about the electrical business. You instilled your work ethic and competiveness in me. You were always a friend first and a boss second. I will miss our conversations and
debates we had over the years but I will never forget your kindness and your very distinctive laugh God bless you my dear friend.
