Patricia "Patze" Turbett, 79 years old, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2017 at her home that was always filled with love, laughter, and joy in North Wildwood, New Jersey. She was surrounded by her loving and devoted husband and children. Funeral services were private. Patze worked as a Registered Nurse at Cape Regional Medical Medical Center for over 30 years where she dedicated her life helping heal every patient she took care of. She was a Board Member of the Woodbine Developmental Center, was a published author of many articles for Pediatric Nursing, volunteered endless hours in the community where she utilized her amazing nursing skills to help others at  Hospice of South Jersey, the Coast Guard, and Catholic Community. She was a North Wildwood Democratic Community Woman for many years where she worked with others to always try and improve her beloved town. Patze loved life and lived it to the fullest by always enjoying her passions such as being with her family, exercising, traveling, reading, gardening, attending the theater, and attending Philadelphia Eagles games where she was a passionate season ticket holder for over 40 years. She shared her zest and love of life, compassion, gratitude, thoughtfulness, and positive attitude everyday with her devoted husband, Bill, who was the love of her life for 64 years, her devoted children who she held dearly to her heart every minute of the day, Renee, Billy (Cricket), Todd (Terry), Jennifer (Mark) and her beautiful, precious, devoted grandchildren who were her loves, Liam, Rebekah, Lizzie, Tyler, Natalie, Marley, Patrick, and Rileigh. Her family was everything to her and she enjoyed and treasured spending every minute with them all. Patze always had a friendly hello for all, a contagious smile that always warmed your heart, a sweet demeanor that won the hearts of so many, a constant nurturing love for all, and a strong desire to help others. She truly made the world a more beautiful place. Patze will be missed by so many family members and dear friends but she will always remain in our hearts and be treasured forever. Rest easy and peacefully our beautiful, compassionate, precious, perfect Patze. Until we meet again. As a tribute to Patze's love of life there will be a Celebration of her Life in the fall of 2017 where her family and friends will walk hand and hand together at one of her favorite places, The Sea Wall in North Wildwood, New Jersey. In memory of Patze donations may be made to Holy Redeemer Hospice 1801 Rt.9 North Swainton, New Jersey 08210 or the North Wildwood Ambulance/Fire Department - FMBA of NJ Local 56 North Wildwood P.O.
