Florence "Bunny" Schafer, 84, of Wildwood Crest, NJ went home to the Lord surrounded by her loving family,on September 28, 2017. Born on August 15th 1933 in Phila.,Pa. moved to Wildwood Crest and worked at City Hall in her early 20's where her dear friend, Dolly introduced her to her brother, Buck Schafer. Soon after they were married had five children and built and managed several hotel/motel businesses. In 1986 she moved to Orlando, Fl and worked at one of her happiest places on earth, Disney World. After retiring from Disney, she moved back to South Jersey to be close to her children and grandchildren. She lived a creative and full life and will be missed dearly. Pre deceased by her parents, Earl and Florence Snyder, her brothers, Earl and George and her daughter, Carolyn. Survived by, sister, Bette and her brother Horatio Snyder. Her children, Maryann Sibbert (Anthony), Susan Schafer Walker (Douglas), Robert (Elena), Michael (Tracy), Grandchildren, Jennifer, Janine , Dana, Robert Jr., Arielle and Haleigh and great-grand children Alexander and Casey. Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 4th at Ingersoll -Greenwood Funeral home 1201 Central Ave.,North Wildwood. Friends my call from 10:00-10:45 A brief service will begin at 11:00 am.
