Billy was such a great cousin and person - always positive and happy as i remember. Lots of memories from when Sparky was still alive and all the family gatherings, the Mummers era, a memorable party at your house one New Years; he was into comedy before anybody - Pete Barbutti made him laugh; i'm sorry we fell out of touch with distance and family and especially for your loss, Barbara. i'll be at the service.
