To all of Cel’s dear sons & wives, I met your mother about 12 years ago when she worked at the Reges. We became fast friends and Tommy and I looked forward to seeing her every summer. After she quit working, we still kept in touch. I just loved Cel. She was so good to Tommy and me. We live near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania so we could only come to Wildwood once a year. I just want you to know how much she loved all of you and your wives and especially her grandchildren. She was always so proud to show me pictures of all of the children. She talked a lot about “little” Rickii and her dancing. I just pray that you are all doing well and know how much your mom loved you. I wish you all peace in the weeks to come as I know how painful it is. I will be thinking of you and I will never forget dear Cel.❤️

Such a beautiful lady, both inside and out, Cel will be missed by so many,many friends. My deepest condolences to her family; she loved you all so very much!
