John P. Bonner, Sr., ( Jack)  86, of North Wildwood, NJ passed away April 15, 2018. Born in Phila. Pa. he has been a local resident for the past 10 years. Mr. Bonner was a veteran of the Korean War in the US Army and a member of the VFW Post 5941 of North Wildwood, He was active in the WTPR ( Washington Township Parks & Recreation ) as a coach and organizer.

He was pre-deceased by his sister Catherine Romps.

He is survived by his wife Mary Ann ( nee Krown)

One son: John P. Bonner, Jr.

One daughter: Kathleen Bonner

Two Grandsons: Ensign William Oakley IV ( US Navy) and Edward Patrick Oakley

One sister: Dolores Ehling

and many nieces and nephews

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am Saturday April 21st at St. Ann's Church, 2900 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ where friends may call from 10 am in the church. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Middle Township, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warriors Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675. would be appreciated. Condolences may be sent to ingersollgreenwoodfh.com
