Obituary of Jean Mae Hudson

Jean Mae Hudson, 91, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018  with her loving family by her side. Jean was an extraordinary Mother and Grandmother. She was selfless and dedicated to her family and community. She will be sadly missed by all. Jean was a lifelong member of the Wildwood Civic Club, Soroptimist Club and the Eastern Star.  She was a devoted teacher and long time member of the ARC. She was also a member of the Red Hats Society and Cub Scout Den Mother for 12 years.Jean was an extremely gifted artist,  specializing in China painting. Her work won many top state awards. Preceded in death by her husband Harry A. Hudson, Sr. ( 2000) and Grandson Richard E. Hudson ( 2010). She is survived by her three sons, Harry A. Hudson, Jr., Richard L. Hudson ( Kathleen), Bruce S. Hudson ( Dorothy)  and also by her Grandchildren, Aaron, Abraham, Lori Ann ( Saettler), Amber, Michelle ( Hunt), and Jason. Fifteen Great Grandchildren and Three Great Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, October 13th from 10 to 11 am at the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home, 1201 Central Ave. North Wildwood, NJ . Interment will be in the Cold Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, Lower Township, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Alzheimer Association.
