Botto, George C. “Jerry”, age 58 of Wildwood Crest, NJ most recently in

Scranton, PA, passed away peacefully Christmas Eve 2018 at the Milton S.

Hershey Medical Center. Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in

Operation Desert Storm. He was predeceased by his loving parents

George E. & Regina B. (nee McDevitt) Botto. Survived by his former

spouse Teresa Knowlton-Botto and his three children: Caroline, Valerie &

Sam Botto. Beloved ‘Pop’ to Rebecca Marie Botto. Brother of Mary Ellen

(Edward) Lopizzo and uncle to Anthony (Hope) Lopizzo and Edward J

Lopizzo, Jr. Jerry was also survived by a huge village of people that loved

him more than he could ever imagine. Relatives and friends are invited pay

respects Saturday, January 5th, 2019 from 10-11 A.M. at Notre Dame De La

Mer at Saint Ann’s Church at 2901 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood NJ, with

Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Interment will be private. In lieu of

flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jerry’s name to his

nephew’s organization, 10th Mountain  Healing. Donations can be made via
