I remember Ben swinging his trombone when the BMI band marched through the streets of Bordentown. He was a good man, even back then. RIP good friend.

To the entire Ingersoll family
I am so sorry for your loss. When I was a kid I used to deliver the Wildwood Leader to Benny. Such a nice man. I hope in this time of grief you will take comfort in your family and close friends.

Love you Ben!
Myself and our entire Community are thankful for Your service and sacrifice to our Country and Community, not to mention your humor and antics that you were well known for. Missed having you honk as you sped down the street like a house was on fire.. and spooking/ grabbing me from behind which usually ending with You getting punched..or knocked off your feet. (only happened once Thank God)
Our Hearts..Our Community, will feel your loss but Your memory will last a lifetime Ben. So glad to have known you “Ol’ Man”!
My sympathies to Cathy, Jamie, Drew, Heather and all your families. I know how much you loved your children. You did good Ben. The kids will be alright.
So it’s not Goodbye.. It’s “I’ll see ya when I get there!”
I will remember and cherish you and Yours’ forever. God rest You. Get some peace now!

So sad to read of Ben's passing. I did not know him well, but spoke to him a few times this past summer at the Boyer Museum. He seemed to really enjoy remembering Wildwood . George and I offer our condolences to the family and the special friends in his life. May he RIP.

To the family
I would like to send my deepest sympathy, I know that this is a difficult time for all of you, and I would like to share some words of comfort. They are found in God's words, the Bible at 1 Corinthians 15:26 and it says, 'And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. By means of God son, Jesus Christ.” I hope you can find comfort in this promise from God’s word.

Rest easy Uncle Ben. Our countless conversations at Wawa and the parking lot would always leave me with the biggest smile and warmed heart and when you said I could come and count on you as my stand in Pop, you werent kidding. I feel honored and thankful to be loved by you since I was a little girl. You, Uncle Ben, will be missed by all but My heart is just a little more heavier. My love to you. Kiss my Mom mom hello and continue your infectious laugh and beautiful smile as you look down on everyone who has loved you. And I must say, you were loved not by many, by ALL.
RIP UNCLE BEN....

Benny will Be truly missed. He would pull up to the parking lot like his own truck was on fire just to hop out and chitchat for a while! He was always there for anyone who needed something and always made a conversation just a bit more colorful! Benny My sister and I will surly miss those visits! Thank you for being such a great part of our life!

Bennie loved his fellow fireman/EMT's , although he wouldn't say it exactly in those words.
When we were kids, were like brothers ( fought all the time). Rest In Peace Bennie, I "ll see you later, your cousin , David
