My deepest condolences to the Palmer family! Putt was a very special man,one of a kind , especially to all of us N Wildwood kids who had the privilege of being coached by him! We often talk about Putt and our "Spitfire" days! That is an example of the impact he had on us! RIP Putt, I'll always remember you!

Uncle Putt, a great father to my cousins. He mentored his son, my cousin Rick to be a very successful athelete, I remember the pictures in the house of all my cousins in dance classes and performances. A great coach for us in Spitfires football. My deepest condolences to the Palmer family. Thank you for all you shared with the younger generations of Wildwood and North Wildwood

Palmer Family My condolences. Man all the legends from the past are leaving the earth, but thank God there is Heaven. Putt was in my young years a mentor to me. He was well respected by young and old, a great man. I played on the spitfires a tough coach thats why we always WON ! Rest in peace Putt eventually we will all meet again !

Very sorry to learn of Putt’s passing. Fondly remember his outstanding coaching efforts for those Spitfires in the late 60’s and early 70’s, while I played for the Crusaders. His coaching acumen was only surpassed by his fine leadership of the boys he coached...a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Were I not out of state, I would certainly be there at the service to recount those wonderful memories to your family. My deepest condolences.
