Rita we are so sorry to hear of your dear husband's passing. I never knew he was a K9 officer, my oldest son Anthony is a Sgt for Gloucester County Sheriff dept K9 trainer, so we have something in common. Rest in peace Jimmer, gentle healing for his dear wife and family.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you Rita, your sons and family. For over ten years, until we both retired at same time, I worked with Jim on a daily basis at the CMCSO. We had a great team and it was fun to go to work. He was my right hand man, the go-to guy I could always rely on. Over many a cup of coffee I benefitted from his insights, “ subtle” advice and his empathy for his fellow Officers. In my 40+ years in law enforcement I worked with many great men and women. Jim was on “The A List,” a “ Good Cop,” a gentleman of integrity. I will remain grateful to have known him as a brother in law enforcement and friend. Rest in peace Jim. Until we meet again. (I’ll bring the WaWa coffee this time.)

Jimmer, we spent many a day and night together working, golfing, and fishing and one thing that sticks out the most! We couldn't go anywhere or do anything without stopping at the North Wildwood WaWa for a cup of coffee. Fishing pole in one hand, coffee in the other. Will always remember the times we spent together, Rest in Peace brother until we meet again you were a good friend!
