Dear Carol and Family:
I was sorry to learn about the passing of Ken. He was a fine man, and he made a difference in the lives that he touched.
I am so happy that we were able to have lunch at the Lobster House just a few weeks before he died. It was special. He is the last of my boyhood friends from Penns Grove. Our years as neighbors from Church Street were memorable.
Ken is in a happier place. Although I am still in the Virgin Islands and unable to attend the funeral, our son Bill,Jr will be there for me, and Ken and you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Bill, Sr
