Dear Osborn Family,
With heartfelt sympathy I wish to express my condolences on the loss of your beloved Cathy. I'd like to share a memory of my first "encounter' with Cathy. One quite afternoon in Wildwood, NJ Cathy came barreling into the offices of Stauffer, Edwards & Co., PA, marched down the wall past the reception area and bellowed as she proceeded down "I'm an accountant and you need me"! I was like who the blank is this woman and who does she think she is. (We're pretty laid back here in Cape May County and I thought this was very intrusive). Not thinking she was a fit for the firm I pretty much dismissed the whole situation. Then one day I walk into the office I had inhabited alone for years and there she was! I was mortified. Sensing my disdain she automatically tried to make feel more at ease with the whole situation and we chatted sharing the same attitudes and beliefs about countless things. Then it happened. I had my radio on and thought to myself, well I hope she likes the same music as I do and she started singing! It was like instant Karma as she sang with almost every song that came on. I loved it and her even though she was only in my life for such a short period of time. She has been with all of you forever and I can't imagine your pain for losing such a beautiful soul.
