We were all so shocked and bewildered to hear about Rick, but also so grateful we heard in time to come down to the funeral and see you.
He and I spent eighteen years together at the ham radio store and had such a good time. His sense of humor was always perfectly befitting the occasion.
We really loved him and will miss him. Thanks for being so hospitable to us.

Jeannette, KC, Ryan-
We as a family are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rick was a great person and we always enjoyed sitting with him on the soccer side lines, seeing you at school functions, at the shore, your New Years gatherings. He will be missed. Hugs to all.

To Rick's family,
I know Rick from going to HRO in Delaware. I always enjoyed talking to him and I know he gave a lot of Amateur Radio advice over the year to many hams in the Philadelphia area. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Rick will be sorely missed by the Ham community. I used to visit his store (called the candy store by Hams) and Rick would, in his stern way, give very intelligent and knowledgeable advice even if it meant he wouldn't sell you a piece of equipment you didn't need. He was an honest man. My condolences to you.
