William J. Gorman, Sr. "Bill" , age 68, of North Wildwood, N.J. Formerly of Philadelphia, Pa. Passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020. Bill was a Meat Manager at Acme Markets for 40 years. He was a member of the Cape May County Emerald Society , Ancient Order of Hibernians Div.1, and the Greater Wildwood Elks Lodge # 1896.
Bill is predeceased by his two sisters, Susanne and Sister Kathleen IHM. Survivors are his beloved wife, Linda (nee Lyman), his children, William J. Jr., Christopher ( Amy ), Lauren , and Jaclyn. Brother of Joseph ( Bobbie ), Sean ( Trish ) , and Kevin, nine granddaughters and many nieces and nephews, and his devoted friend Ricky Grykin
Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Monday , November 2, 2020 at St. Ann's Church, 2900 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ. Viewing 9:30 am to 10:30 am Monday at the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home, 1201 Central Ave., North Wildwood, NJ
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in his name to St. Jude Research Hospital in Memphis Tenn.
