On behalf of the residents and staff of the Borough of Wildwood Crest, I send our condolences to the David Jefferson Sr. family and friends. David "Pidge" Jefferson, Sr. was loved and respected throughout our community for his dedication and hard work in the sanitation department of Public Works for over 25 years. Pidge was also a resident in Wildwood Crest. I have knew him personally well before I was elected in 2001. He will always be remembered and will not be able to be replaced. Residents and businesses knew him by name for his accommodating service, great smile and friendly wave. Rest easy my friend. Wildwood Crest will miss you tremendously.
