Junice "June" McCallion from Erma lost her 4 month battle with cancer on Thursday April 29, 2021 in the arms of her loving husband and son.Junie as she is known by family and friendsws born September 1952 to Louis & Ann ( Silvidio) Suppa.
Junie was blessed with the talents of her mother Ann. She was a superb cook, a great seamstree, drew portraits, painted and scrapbooked. hers were Hallmark worthy.. you name it she mastered it!!! Gardening was another joy of June's not only in her flowerbed, her home was always filled with plants and blooms. This love and talent she surely inherited from her grandfather Nick Silvidio remembering his advice to never put anything into the ground until after Mother's Day. June's greatest qualities of all was her love , devotion and dedication to her family and friends!!!
June spent her entire childhood on Hand Ave. and attended Wildwood High where she created lifelong friends and memories as a true Wildwood native. After high school June and her friends headed south to Floridawhere she spent many years working, laying in the sun and just enjoying life. While living in Florida she met and married the love of her life Lance McCallion of New Castle, Pa. They were married on Fe. 15th 1988 and shared 41 happy, loving years together, they were truly attached at the hip !!!Junie is survived by her husband , Lance, son Lance Jr. ( Biggie), daughter-in-law Danielle, siblings Toni Ann Suppa, Luanne Suppa K elly and Louis as well as nieces Jackie & Sarah KELLY, Parker ( Suppa) Glore and Louis Suppa. With the deepest sadness she was predeceased by her youngest sister Debbie Suppa who also lost her battle with cancer on 5/13/16
Relatives and friends are invited to her gathering on Thurday, May 6, 2021 at St. Ann's/ Notre Dame De La Mer located at 2901 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ 08260 at 10 am to 10:45 am visitation followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am.
