William (Bill) J Markee Jr, 80 of Rio Grande, NJ passed away Friday, May 21, 2021.
Born in Phila, Pa he was a local resident for the past 70 years. He was retired from the Cape May County Sheriff's Dept and was a life member of Pine Avenue Volunteer Fire Company. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Theresa Markee née DiLauro, sons Bill 3rd and Michael, daughter Linda (Pete) Sciarra, Grandchildren Robert (Amy) Belasco, Kathryn (Josh) Miller and 3 great grandchildren Liza Jean, Piper Lynn and Grayson James, Sister Pat (Bob) DuVilla, niece Jessica Rambo.
Memorial service will be held 11am Friday May 28th at Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home at 1201 Central Avenue, North Wildwood, NJ. where friends may call from 10 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to your local animal shelter or the American Lung association at lung.org. Condolences may be sent to ingersollgreenwoodfh.com
