CALLINAN, Margaret “Peg” (nee Miles), 81, of Wildwood, NJ, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2015, surrounded by family. Born to James and Mary Davin Miles in Philadelphia, Peg grew up in Albion, NJ, later moving to Southwest Philadelphia where she meet her husband, Joseph, of 45 years. Peg was a convention decorator for United Booth Exhibition for 25 years. After retiring and moving to Delaware County, Peg and Joe finally came to terms that they really had sands in their shoes. They decided to make their second home into their first in Wildwood. Peg was always the life of the party. She always enjoyed the holidays, birthdays, and family gatherings. Peg also adored her three grandchildren and was very proud of all their accomplishments. She will be remembered for her love of family and friends, Irish heritage, and upbeat personality. Sadly missed and survived by daughter Joanne (Tony) Deutsch, their son Anthony, son-in-law Bill Becher and children Billy and Kimi, sister Ellen McGrath, and brother James Miles. Predeceased by husband Joseph, daughter Suzanne, and sisters Mary Convery and Rita Wood. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on January 2, 2016, friends and family will be received from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Notre Dame de la Mer Parish (St. Ann’s Church) followed by burial at Cape May County Veteran’s Cemetery.
