Obituary of Beverly A. Elliott

With profound sadness, we announce that Beverly Elliott, 85, of North Wildwood, NJ passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2022.  Born in Plattsburgh, NY she has been a local resident for the past 29 years.  Beverly was predeceased by her husband of 53 years John, her sister Shirley and her son Patrick.  She is survived by her brother James, her son Francis, her two daughters Joanne and Jackie, 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Beverly always provided love and support to her family and friends.  She worked for much of her life, retiring at age 82 at the Elks Club in North Wildwood.  She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, making her daily trips to Walmart, and watching Lifetime and Hallmark with her dog Mickey.  Beverly was also an avid dart and shuffleboard player for a period of time.  While she faced a few uphill battles in her life, Beverly always remained positive and faced those battles with a smile on her face.     

Beverly’s sudden passing brings great sadness, but it is comforting to know she is now in heaven smiling down on us.  She will be greatly missed by everyone.    

Relatives and friends are invited to join a memorial service on Wednesday, December 14th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home, 1201 Central Avenue, North Wildwood, NJ 08260.
