Having had the privilege of sharing Barbara’s eighteen years on the Board of Education, I was consistently impressed by her sense of decency and her ability to competently handle complex situations with dignity. Despite her family and business obligations, she was always willing to make way for the needs of her duties on the Board. Wildwood certainly was blessed by her community service.
