Donna Mae Stewart (nee Russell)

September 12, 1951-March 30, 2024

Donna died at home in North Wildwood, NJ on Saturday, March 30, 2024. She was the beloved wife of 55 years of Robert, the dear mother of Robert Jr. and wife Dawn and Sherri and husband Troy, and fun-loving grandmother of Nathan and Jackson. She is survived by them and sister-in-law Barbara, brothers-in-law Jerry and Gary, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Katherine, brothers Wesley, Dennis and Norman, sisters Geri (Bill) and Kathy (Ed), mother and father-in-law Grace and Carroll, brother-in-law John and sisters-in-law Pat and Beverly.

Donna was born and lived most of her life in Philadelphia, moving to North Wildwood, NJ after retirement. She worked at several places including many years at Whitman's Chocolates and at Neshaminy High School. She enjoyed her many vacations in Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean islands, and her family's weddings in the Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. She was a dedicated caregiver to her mother for decades, and adored her cats Buddy and Millie. She was always up for a party and loved dancing to oldies music. She had a big circle of friends and will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral service will be held 12 noon on Thursday April 4th at the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home, 1201 Central Ave., North Wildwood, NJ where friends may call from 10 to 11:45 am.
