I first met “Patriot” Jim on Facebook years ago but we became close friends when he started his search for a home in Tennessee. I was honored to help him with that task.
Jim had a deep love for the beautiful state of Tennessee. The rolling hills, lush landscapes, and serene beauty of the region spoke to his soul and brought him endless joy. He enjoyed the time spent in Tennessee and I enjoyed our close friendship.
One of Jim’s greatest pleasures was taking long car rides with his beloved dog, Molly. Together, they explored the scenic routes and hidden gems of Tennessee.
Jim’s friendship was a gift to me. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering support made him a pillar in my life. He was always there with a helping hand, a listening ear, and a heart full of love.
Though I mourn his passing, Jim’s spirit will live on in the stories we share, the memories we cherish. As I say my final goodbyes, I will remember Jim with the same love and respect he so freely gave to me.
Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Love ya man!
Lisa Gilchrist
Ps: the photos were taken Dec 2020, days after he closed on his TN home. I took him to see one of our beautiful mountain lakes.

Troiano Family. My Condolences. My brother and I remember back in the early 80s Jimmy drove a concrete truck for his fathers company Rio Grande Concrete we were pouring a job in N.W. Jim always wanted to help. Jim was wheeling concrete for us behind a house when we went out front for more concrete Jim had left the arm of the truck ingauged and there was concrete all over the lawn. ALOT! Rest in peace Jimmy. Great memories over a life time! Rich Sanguinetti
