Patrick Michael Quinlan, 64, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in his Wildwood home surrounded by his loved one

     Originally from the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia, many people who loved him knew him as “Patty Mike”, “Big Pat”, or “BP”.  Pat was born on October 4^th, 1959. He was a graduate of St. Gabriel’s Elementary and then went on to graduate from Bishop Neumann high school. From High School, Pat went on to serve his country in the United States Navy. In 2003, Pat and his family moved to Wildwood, New Jersey after spending many summers in the Wildwoods with the love of his life Lynn and his three children. Pat was an employee of the Wildwood School District for 20 years and proudly wore the badge of a warrior in all aspects of his life. He had an infinite love of the beach, sitting in the sun while listening to country music, and slinging hot dogs and pretzels from the hot dog cart off of the beach.

     However, you could find him with his biggest smile when he was enjoying life with his wife Lynn, his children Patrick Michael Quinlan II, Joshua (Kristina), Ashley (Scott), and his two grandchildren whom he lovingly called his pumpkins, Ryan Matthew and Liam Patrick. Whether they were at the beach, water park, a little league game, or enjoying a living room concert put on by his grandsons. He is survived by his mother Patricia Quinlan (the late Bartholomew “Bubsy” Quinlan”), his brother Jay Manherz (Marianne), and Kathy Batterson (the late Phillip Batterson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews that he treated like his own.

A viewing will be held Wednesday August 7^th, 2024, from 9:30-11:00 am with mass to follow at St. Ann Church located at 2901 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260.
