I've never before said anything on a funeral web page--actually thought it was kinda silly--I'll not talk to Bill , but I feel compelled to speak of the man--- Bill Horgan was a man's man---built a great business in a honest fashion-- hard work and integrity-- I met Bill when I was a young man--I actually sold him a retirement plan which we always laughed about and he said that's why he was enjoying so much golf--I started my business 26 yrs ago and Bill was there for me with encouragement ,advice and he even lent me money twice late on a Thursday nite so I could make my payroll-- I'm so glad I knew Bill Horgan
