Mr.Pizza would come over to our warehouse [Texas Ave.Foods at the County Airport} on Sundays to pick up various food-stuffs, back in the 80's. He would bring me something to eat and spend an hour or so just talking with me. I was young and I never forgot these times. He seemed to be a hard-working and logical man. He would remark about the condition of our place as it was always squared away and that was a great compliment coming from him. My condolences to the family on the passing of this fine gentleman and know that he impacted more folks than you will ever know. Thank You Sir for your time back then. Rest In Peace. Jeff Bakley and Family P.S. Like I mentioned before, I have never forgotten this.

My husband Dr. Michael Boriss and I would like to extend our condolences for your loss. I remember Elio and the Pizza family as a staple of the Wildwoods. Mike remembers him as a patient who ALWAYS made him laugh, always had a story and wine! . We are sorry he did not make 90 but I’m sure he make a lot of special memories.
