During the years that I was privileged to work with Bill, I found him to be consistently fair, conscientious, and fully aware of all factors involved in a decision. The City of Wildwood and those of us who knew him are all the better because Bill so generously shared himself with his community. And, of course there was always the hope that something would strike Bill’s sense of humor and we would be treated to one of his unforgettable laughs.
