Dear Marie, Mike, George, Dana, Jess, and the entire Furey family, We are deeply sorry for the loss of your Dad (GrandPop).
We will miss our neighbor and friend George especially on the beautiful sunny days in North Wildwood when you could always count on seeing George relaxing in his yard and giving you a friendly smile, greeting and a wave.
It's comforting to know Sis and George are now reunited in and Sis is singing to George and he is smiling☺

I will always remember George for being so friendly and cheerful ALL the time through many years. Along with his perfect match , his wife, they both were always welcoming and a true friend to my family and myself through the years. He didn't mind lots of kids around and I consider it a blessing that he was part of my life growing up.

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting George in person I am a close friend of his son George and wife Peggy. I heard wonderful stories of what an amazing man, husband, father, grandfather, and friend he was. George would take him to the beach and he loved his Entenmann’s sweets. May the love and memories support his family and friends. I am so very sorry for your loss. He will never leave you all, he just lives in your hearts and watches from heaven.

I remember he was at my house in DelCo. He found the remote to the surround sound unit and cranked it up to almost ear shattering. He then said, gleefully, "Oh! I like this!" as 5 speakers were just blasting at him.
