In thinking of my mother, I have been finding it extremely difficult to express myself. Everyone loves their mother. (Parents) I certainly did. We had a unconditional love. A bond that some never experience. Many years ago while still very young I always felt that I would one day take care of my parents. It was a promise to them and a desire for me to fore fill. In 1978 I graduated from LPN school and worked for over 20 some years caring for the ill. As my parents aged and eventually moved in with me, I found it most rewarding caring for them. However, with all the training and years of experience, it never prepared me for the emotional state that I experienced in taking care of my parents. Particularly my mother. She was more than just my mother. She was my best friend, like a girlfriend, we shared everything, we did everything together, we even looked alike. No matter where I was or what I was doing at home or away, we always talked to each other. We laughed, acted silly, sang together and always said we loved each other. I'm thankful that God gave me the strength, knowledge and health to care for her. As time was getting close to her final days, I would tell her, Mom when God puts his hand down to you, take it. That final day, as I sat praying and holding my mother, my husband Bob came into the room and said to me, "I think it is time we pray together". We held hands with Mom and out loud we said "Psalm 23, "The Lord is My Shepherd". My mother passed away within 5 minutes. The Lord put his hand down to her and she took it. I am finding it so very hard not having my beautiful and most precious mother with me now. I know in time it will get easier to except. It does give me comfort to know that she is not suffering and in heaven with God, my father and her beloved family. She will be in my heart and mind forever. May you rest in peace, your loving and most faithful daughter, Bunny.

So sorry to hear of my sweet Aunt Rose's passing. I wish I had heard sooner. I would have like to attend her service.Even though I didn't get to NJ to see her very often, I did try to stop in whenever I was in New Jersey with a bit of leisure time.
Some of my best childhood memories come from Aunt Rose's kitchen... fantastic meatballs..and sweet iced tea year round....
She will be missed.

Dear Bunny and Raymond and families.
My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to you in the loss of your Mom..
I will always remember your Mom as one of the sweetest Aunts I had. She was always there for me and my brothers and sisters when we were little kids in Wildwood, She was always looking out for us as if she were our Mom. Mom and her were like sisters, and I loved her very much. She has a special place in my heart. Rest in peace dear Aunt Rose.
