I met Kathy and Frank over 30 years ago. I was searching for a family friendly place at the shore for our vacation. What I remember most, is of a young couple that worked together seamlessly to make our vacation a truly memorable one. From what I remember Frank wasn't much of a talker but I could tell that there was love and respect between the two. Over the years I have kept in touch with Kathy and my sister has become a very dear friend of hers. Furthermore, Frank has been in our prayers during his time of sickness. To Kathy, Jill and the family you have out heartfelt sympathy and prayers. Only remember the good times! Kim and Jerome Fielder

Q: How did you meet Frank? A: We were on our way to Wildwood for the weekend. We were driving over the old bridge. We stopped to ask the toll attendant does he know how to get to Crescent Court Apartments and he said I hope so I own the joint. Lol. That was the beginning of a lifelong friendship with the Distro family. Frank will always remain in our memories of the Jersey shore.

Frank and Kate were always good to me while growing up, fed me often, etc Even later in life Frank hunted down our restaurant (pre GPS) to “check up on me” Thanks for looking out! ❤️ Glad you’re pain free.

Eternal rest grant unto Frank, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine on Frank. May Frank rest in peace. Amen. May almighty God bless us with his peace and strength, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. My thoughts, prayers, and condolences, to the Distro and Mckelvey families and friends.
